WhatsApp planning

A useful WhatsApp journey starts with readiness.

Review your existing account and customer questions before adding another tool or moving a number.

Check these six items first

  1. Ownership: who owns the business account, number and any existing provider connection?
  2. One useful flow: which recurring enquiry should it handle?
  3. Approved information: prices, services and answers you can actually stand behind.
  4. Permission: documented opt-in for the intended messages and an easy opt-out.
  5. Human handoff: a monitored person or team and a failure route.
  6. Full cost: agency scope, provider plan, Meta usage and maintenance agreed before launch.

Our current Meta milestone

Siwan Client Connect is an agency sandbox pilot. Business verification is complete; access verification and App Review are pending as of 10 October 2026. We have not confirmed Meta Tech Provider, Tech Partner or Solution Partner recognition.

Client work is assessed separately and the published entry package uses an existing approved provider. Production access, client isolation and onboarding require a separate agreed implementation. Credentials and the private reviewer console are not public demos.

We review your request and get in touch. Response time and appointments are confirmed personally.
