The website journey

The public website brings English/Hindi content, service information, practitioner introduction, patient guides, location and consultation requests into a coherent mobile-friendly journey.

  • English and Hindi pages with a language switch.
  • Clear service pages and public information.
  • Direct phone, WhatsApp and consultation routes.
  • Directions with a map that loads by choice.

The WhatsApp work

The agency owner confirms WhatsApp automation as part of the engagement. This case study describes that delivery scope and the public contact route; it does not expose the private workflow, message records or medical information.

Any healthcare messaging needs approved non-diagnostic information, appropriate permissions and a human route for sensitive questions. A contact button alone does not establish that every reply is automated.

What we can substantiate

The live website features are publicly observable. Enquiry growth, appointment totals, response speed and revenue are not claimed because no approved measurement dataset or testimonial is being published.

What another business can learn

Explain the offer in the languages your customers use. Make the next action visible on mobile. Keep sensitive information private and give requests a responsible person. Decide what to measure before describing an improvement.

We review your request and get in touch. Response time and appointments are confirmed personally.
